Why do I have Back Pain?

The back is a complex part of the human body. It is made up of more than 30 bones, different muscles, nerves and tendons, all working to support your head, neck and extremities.

 

This means your back pain could be from poor posture, improperly lifting an object, spinal conditions or injuries.
