Why do I have Knee pain?
Knee pain is a common complaint of many people from different ages. It can be a mild discomfort or may be severe and begin suddenly because of an injury. Overusing your knee or being overweight can also trigger knee problems.

Knee pain may come from the joint itself or the surrounding muscles.
It is important to get a check-up especially when simple home remedies do not relieve the pain or you can no longer bear weight on your affected leg.
